One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curls
Muscles Trained: Biceps
Using an incline bench, hold one dumbbell in your right arm with your palm up (supinated). Support your arm and elbow against the pad and do not move them during the lift. Try to keep your shoulders square. Curl dumbbell up until the forearm touches the bicep. Lower to starting position using the same path. Finish set and switch arms. Can also be done with 2-arms at the same time or using a regular barbell. You
can also use a special peice of equipment called a preacher bench instead of the incline bench.
